Discernment Committee

The Discernment Committee will start work very soon; the Vestry is currently accepting nominations (including self-nominations) as it assembles this group.The work of this committee will be among the most public and obvious of all the teams, since their work includes both segments of the congregation and the congregation as a whole. In addition, the progress of this committee will be updated here periodically.

(OTM) & Transition Ministry Conference (TMC) portfolios
Manage the design & development of the parish profile & web content
Facilitate the handoff between the Discernment &
Recruitment Teams

Good listener and facilitator
Direct, yet calm & understanding
On task, able to train & manage others
Understands parish history & temperament
Skilled in visual/written communications
